1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DividendsIQ platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DividendsIQ is a dividend intelligence platform that provides tools for browsing, filtering, analyzing, and tracking dividend-paying stocks across US, EuroNext, and TLV markets. The Service includes AI-generated reports, dividend scores, price alerts, market reports, and portfolio tracking features.

DividendsIQ is an informational and analytical tool only. The data, scores, reports, and any other content provided through this Service do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.

DividendsIQ is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We do not recommend, endorse, or suggest the purchase, sale, or holding of any specific security or investment product.

3. No Investment Recommendations

All information provided by DividendsIQ — including but not limited to dividend scores, AI-generated analyses, technical reports, strategy reports, news summaries, and financial data — is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes.

Scores and ratings reflect algorithmic analysis of publicly available data and should not be interpreted as buy, sell, or hold recommendations.
AI-generated reports are produced by artificial intelligence models and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information.
Past dividend performance does not guarantee future results. Dividend payments may be reduced or eliminated at any time by the issuing company.
You should always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions.

4. Assumption of Risk

All investment decisions are made entirely at your own risk. DividendsIQ shall not be held liable for any investment losses, financial damages, or other consequences resulting from your use of information obtained through the Service. Stock markets are inherently volatile, and the value of investments can go down as well as up.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

6. Token Purchases & Payments

Certain features (AI reports, advanced analytics) require tokens, which can be purchased through the platform.

All token purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Tokens do not expire and remain available in your account until used.
Prices for token packages may change at any time. Any price changes will not affect previously purchased tokens.
Payment processing is handled by AllPay, a third-party payment provider. By making a purchase, you also agree to their terms of service.
The Auto-Buy feature, if enabled, will automatically purchase tokens when your balance falls below your configured threshold, using your saved payment method.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date financial data, DividendsIQ makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information displayed on the platform. Financial data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Reports and analyses generated by artificial intelligence are automated outputs based on available data. AI-generated content:

May contain factual errors or misinterpretations
Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision
Does not reflect the opinions or recommendations of DividendsIQ or its operators
May not account for your personal financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the DividendsIQ platform, including text, graphics, logos, scores, reports, and software, is the property of DividendsIQ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the platform
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit data or reports obtained from the Service

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DividendsIQ and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE"

DividendsIQ expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DividendsIQ and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
